A Little About the Artist

You will always encounter the authentic version of me—I strive to find meaning and beauty in every person and experience I encounter. My passion for helping others is deeply ingrained in me, stemming from the numerous challenges I've faced throughout my life. Although I don't always feel like it, through the strength in my faith I AM a survivor and an overcomer. But the truth is I have spent much of my life struggling to recognize my own beauty, often influenced by past abuse and the perceptions of others negativity that can come to those who don't quite fit into the culture of "beauty standards" since being a small child. The path to get where I am today... through my faith I've overcome more than I ever dreamed I could, yet internally I do still battle with "imposters syndrome". We all can feel like there are spaces we don't truly fit the "norm" in. I vow to continue to break those molds showing others... maybe someone just like you who might struggle with some of those same feelings.

Back in my early 30's, I began losing my own natural eyebrows (my own before & after photos above). Seemingly out of nowhere I became more and more self-conscious without makeup, even in rather casual settings. The thought of a quick run to the store, now left me feeling I "needed" to add a little something to my brows and a quick swipe of mascara before going out the door! By my late 30's I lost so much of my brows, I found myself (typically a social butterfly) avoiding more events and not going places I enjoyed! We live near a beautiful lake that we enjoy every summer. These voices in my own head began to speak to my feelings of insecurities. I didn't want to be seen swimming at certain places or attending summer events because my makeup might melt away... the mental game that began to play was so REDICOULUS.... yet, they were ridiculously REAL!

LET ME BE CLEAR..... While NONE of us require makeup, PERIOD!! It does undoubtedly help to enhance our confidence just like a great haircut, a new set of well-groomed nails, or a stylish wardrobe change does. I never dreamed the impact it would have on myself, let alone giving other women such a small gift would have the HUGE impact that it truly gives to us! The emotional tears and hugs I've shared through the years of doing this is something I will FOREVER hold dear to my heart.

I take great joy in using my skills and talents to help others recognize the inherent beauty that exists within us all. By choosing me as your artist or teaching instructor, you can rest assured you're selecting someone who genuinely cares about you and the quality I provide. I am dedicated to helping others in our communities as I believe our fundamental purpose on this earth is to love one another, to assist each other in thriving and growing through not only the pretty parts of life but the ugly challenges we all face as well. May we all use our gifts to enrich each other’s journeys.

Wanting to provide a high-quality services with the most REALISTIC results, I discovered the exceptional artistry offered by the world-renowned PhiBrows Academy. I appreciated their outstanding training in permanent makeup, specializing in their stunning Microblading program along with their rigorous testing and quality standards for their products that are proven for longevity, UV resistance, and minimal risk of color shifting—issues that are pretty common with other lower quality pigment lines on the market. I was determined to receive the best training possible to achieve the results she wanted for my clients, aiming for outcomes that closely mimic natural looking results and healed color longevity.

My passion for this industry is rooted in my experiences as a customer FIRST! I know what it feels like seeking these services for myself, and the fears that come with it... so I truly understand the concerns and excitement that accompany the process. I believe every person, deserves high-quality treatment, services and products at a reasonable price. I am not a "salesperson" and do not pressure or manipulate clients into services just to make a profit. EVER!
