A Little About the Artist

You will always get the REAL ME- I seek beauty in every situation, soul and event I encounters. Even when others have done me wrong I look for understand and reasons not just label someone evil and move on. I have always had a Deeply Rooted Passion for helping others. Now as an adult I believe that has came from the lifetime of struggles she I fought (still fights) to overcome myself. Since a very young age I have struggled with my size. It has always been a "free topic" of backhanded compliments, downgrades and body shaming. I have fought my way through multiple versions of childhood & adult abuse. As a result, I have struggled most of my life to see my own value and beauty beyond the opinions of others. As an adult I started learning how to apply makeup, my mother doesn't wear any and I wasn't taught how.

Cosmetic makeup helps us all have a little extra boost of confidence, but it wasn't till I started to lose my own natural brows that I felt I "needed" makeup. No... NONE of us NEED it. But it doesn't change the fact that just the same as a good haircut, manicured nails, or a nice outfit help us feel more confident, so dose makeup.

I love to use my many gifts and talents to help others bloom in seeing the natural beauty that is exists within us all. When choosing Mel as your Artist you are choosing someone who truly has a heart for what she does. She loves volunteering her time, talents and resource into others and our communities. Believing our soul human purpose here on this earth is to love one another, help each other thrive and grow together while using our gifts that have been given to bless one another along this journey.

After loosing her own brows and going through the process of trying to find an artist herself, Mel took time to seek out and invest in training that was not offered locally. She found the beautiful artistry in World Renowned PhiBrows Acedemy. She loved their Superior Training in Microblading & Permanent Makeup, as well as their strict testing and quality standards of their products. That are tried and true for longevity, UV fade resistant, as well as superior minimal risk for pigment color shifting like other pigments on the market have. She wanted to be sure to receive the best training she could to achieve the results she desired to offer her clients. The same quality she would want for herself - results that mimic the closest natural and realistic results possible. No stressing red, purple, or green brows.

I believes every person deserves high-quality service and products at an affordable price. She is not a "salesman" and she won't pressure or persuade you into choosing a service just to make a buck. Her passion comes from being a customer looking for the same services herself, she understands the worries and the joy that comes along with the process. That is why she invested in and works very hard to specialize in her skill sets and healed results. She gives that same passion through continually adding training for her growth. She is a State of Missouri Licensed Tattoo Artist & Trainer. She is Multi-Certified in PMU and holds an Authentic Certification in the PhiBrows Academy. She offers many diverse services in Permanent Makeup. You can choose from several styles for each category in brows, eyeliner, lip blushing and faux freckling I will be adding paramedical services, such as 3D Arola tattooing, scalp micropigmentation, scar/trauma camouflaging, Fine Line Tattooing.
